Arnett Logistics Group LLC is growing, and we have opportunities for Independent Contractors who are reliable and personable for newly available routes in the Memphis, TN area. 

  Driver Benefits:

• EQUIPMENT: Operate our 26ft dock-level box trucks w/Liftgate. No personal vehicles are required, and we cover all delivery-related fuel expenses.
• GREAT EARNING PACKAGE: Flat pay rate, flexible swing schedule, awesome compensation, and bi-weekly pay.

  Requirements:

• Driver must speak fluent English, as required by the Department of Transportation.
• Each independent contractor must engage in careful sorting and loading/unloading of freight. Your safety is our top priority. 
• Must be customer-service-driven and professional at all times.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record (personal MVR will be checked quarterly).
• Must satisfactorily complete a drug test, and background check. A valid Med Card is required before offer of employment is extended.
• The driver will not exceed 11 hours driving without a 10-hour break.
• Driver must comply with all DOT compliance standards (ELD monitoring device on board at all times).
• Driver must be able to handle packages up to 50lbs.
• CDL A or Class D with F endorsement required (Tennessee drivers only).
• 2 years of driving experience preferred.
• All drivers are subject to a 90-day probationary period.
