Work Environment
The Actuarial Summer Internship is a fully in-office position from either our Reno, NV or Monterey, CA office.
Job Overview
CIG recognizes the value of investing in our future leaders and has prioritized the development of an industry-leading Actuarial Internship Program. Our actuarial interns will gain industry expertise in core actuarial disciplines, as well as lead their own analysis under the supervision of the seasoned actuaries.
Requirements
Pursuing or possessing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or related quantitative subjects.
Completion of one or more actuarial exams is highly preferred.
GPA of 3.6 or higher is preferred.
Basic knowledge of SQL and Python or R is preferred.
Salary Range: $25.00/Hr
