Nursing Home Administrator in Training

Location: Multiple Locations (within NHS Management, LLC network)

NHS Management, LLC is seeking motivated, high-potential individuals to join our  Administrator in Training (AIT) Program . This is a unique opportunity to develop into a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and grow into a leadership role within one of the Southeast’s leading long-term care management companies.

What You’ll Do

As an AIT, you will:

1. Learn the full scope of nursing home operations including clinical services, financial management, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction.
2. Train directly under seasoned administrators and regional leadership.
3. Develop and refine leadership skills to manage diverse teams and drive organizational excellence.
4. Gain hands-on experience in staff development, community relations, and strategic planning.
5. During the first year you will be a road warrior working and learning in several different departments in various facilities across the state....from Athens to Mobile. 

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking candidates who:

1. Demonstrate strong  leadership characteristics and the drive to inspire teams.
2. Have excellent  communication skills and the ability to connect with staff, residents, and families.
3. Hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree. Individuals with a concentration in Healthcare Management, Business Administration or Business Management are desired.  Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or Management (preferred).
4. Having held or holding leadership positions, whether it be sorority/fraternity, class officer, club officer or an athletic background will set you up for success in this role. 
5. Are eager to learn, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
