Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Aesthetic Medicine to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about aesthetics, has a strong attention to detail, and delivers exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of cosmetic dermatology procedures including injectables such as Botox and fillers, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, and other non-surgical aesthetic treatments
• Conduct thorough consultations and create customized treatment plans
• Educate patients on treatments, skincare, and post-care instructions
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations
• Stay current on the latest techniques, trends, and products in cosmetic dermatology

Qualifications:

• Licensed and certified as a PA or NP in North Carolina
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Cosmetic Dermatology
• Proficient in administering Botox, dermal fillers, and other advanced cosmetic procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passionate about aesthetics, patient-centered care, and continuous learning

Salary:

• Starting base salary of $110,000 , with a production-based bonus incentive
