Job Description In compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures, conduct background investigations on applicants, employees, certain vendors, lobbyists, and junket reps in a timely and efficient manner. Conduct special investigations as needed.
Job Duties Include But Are Not Limited To - Perform credit history checks and criminal history checks utilizing several computer interfaces.
- Obtain relevant employment verifications on applications.
- Obtain Motor Vehicle reports for applicable job classifications.
- Review and analyze all obtained data to arrive at just and timely recommendations.
- Archive all investigations through database entry and scanning.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications - Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year or experience in security or investigations preferred.
- Able to accurately type a minimum of 45 wpm.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be highly organized.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
