Job Description As a BAE employee you will be expected to work safely and in a professional manner. Working in the Utility Department at BAE will give you new challenges operating gas fired boilers and associated equipment. Some of the associated equipment will include; feedwater pumps, RO units, air compressors, water chemical treatment and testing, generators, chemical feed skids, polymr feed skids, FD fans and caustic feed systems. Duties to perform would include: greasing equipment, unloading chemicals, rotating pumps, housekeeping and the operation of the boilers using PLC controls in a command center. An employees responsibilities working in the Utility Department will be to produce and supply steam and compressed air to the manufacturing area and support facilities while maintaining air emissions compliances.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills High School Diploma or equivalent. MUST have at least 2 - 4 years of working in an industrial utility environmental setting. Willing to learn new skills and maintian/operate boiler house equipment.

- 2 to 4 years working in an industrial setting.
- Basic computer skills
- Able to take directions and work within a team.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills High School diploma or equivalent equired and at least 2 to 4 years working in an industrial setting. Be able to make operational decisions. Willing to train and become certifiied in the operation of gas fired boilers and associated equipment.
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $32088 - $51342
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
