Job Description
Need to have -
Salesforce functional knowledge: Comfortable navigating salesforce with working knowledge of basic objects like accounts, opportunities, cases, etc.
BA skills: Can gather and translate user needs into system requirements and user stories
PM small to medium projects: Able to lead requirement gathering, manage stakeholder expectations, track timelines, and ensure deliverables
Nice to have:
Process Mapping: Working knowledge of tools like Miro/Lucidchart to create clear, end-to-end process maps that align with business objectives
Working knowledge of B2B sales business domain
Salesforce Reporting Skills: Able to use basic Salesforce reporting to uncover business problems and provide recommendations
Minimum years of experience :7-8 years
