Responsibilities:

• Technical Requirements & Documentation
  • Translate loyalty and marketing business needs into clear, structured functional and technical requirements.
  • Write user stories, data mapping documents, and integration specs across CDP, CRM, CMS, and automation platforms.
  • Own process documentation for campaign triggers, logic flows, and customer journeys.
• Platform Integration & QA Support
  • Align with MarTech teams (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, Braze) to ensure solutions are implemented according to specs.
  • Validate data flows, business logic, and personalization rules in test environments.
  • Support end-to-end testing, defect tracking, and production readiness for MarTech features.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as the interface between Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams.
  • Partner with CX/UX, Data, and Tech leads to ensure traceability of requirements through to delivery.

Qualifications:

• 4 7 years experience as a Business Analyst in digital marketing, CRM, or loyalty technology programs.
• Strong understanding of MarTech ecosystems, particularly CDPs, CRMs, and marketing automation tools.
• Experience working closely with development and QA teams on platform delivery.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and data documentation tools.
