Job Description

SCOPE/GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:  

Responsible for the review and analysis of internal and client business processes. This position will define project scope and objectives and analyze information to improve business processes and strategies as well as overall organizational operations. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Produce high quality deliverables such as data charts, information summaries, flowcharts, organizational charts, recommendations, project updates and presentations. 
• Facilitate meetings to define business strategies and requirements to translate into actionable tasks. 
• Lead cross functional meetings to build result focused consensus 
• Analyze project processes, volume and financial information, and effectively communicate key points verbally and through deliverables.
• Assess and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop current and future process flowcharts. 
• Proactively examine the impact of process changes on the organization. 
• Understand internal and client needs to effectively manage projects.
• Validate and analyze data as well as summarize into effective visuals for internal and client projects. 
• Provide project observations and feedback to internal project team.
• Other duties and projects as assigned. 

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:  

• Bachelor's Degree (Industrial Engineer with focus on business processes), Business Analyst or equivalent 
• 2+ years of experience 
• Healthcare experience preferred 

QUALIFICATIONS :  

• Advanced Microsoft office proficiency 
• Experience with process flow software 
• Experience with project management software 
• Strong project management skills with flexibility to manage multiple projects 
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees across the entire company
• Strong verbal & written communication skills 
• Comfortable running meetings and creating presentations
