Job Title: Sourcing SpecialistJob Description This role involves cross-functional support for contract execution across various teams within the sourcing and category management departments, including Clinical, Development, Research, and G&A. The Sourcing Specialist will manage or support the end-to-end review of Statements of Work (SOW), budgets, and payment schedules, as well as the associated contract development and execution workflow using the Legal Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, Agiloft. Responsibilities + Prepare Purchase Requisitions. + Collaborate with department business owners to ensure vendor contract terms and conditions meet all business needs and requirements. + Assist in gathering market intelligence and trends to support category managers and leaders. + Support category teams in vendor evaluation activities, including Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). + Analyze information and communicate findings effectively. + Organize vendor capability presentations, software demonstrations, and bid defenses. + Schedule meetings with internal teams and vendors. + Support meetings with stakeholders and suppliers. + Provide excellent order follow-up and communication to requestors. + Rectify accounts payable and receiving discrepancies when necessary. Essential Skills + Experience in contracts management and procurement. + Knowledge of work orders, change orders, Statements of Work (SOW), and budget management. + Proficiency in Agiloft, SAP, and ERP systems. + Familiarity with Legal Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with Agile methodologies. + Ability to convert flexible start opportunities into long-term positions. Work Environment This role offers flexibility with the option to work 100% remotely or in a hybrid model. However, if converted to a permanent position, the role may require working five days a week. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
