Job Description: As a Caregiver, you will provide essential in-home care and assistance to clients, ensuring their daily needs are met with kindness and respect. Whether it's for the elderly, individuals with disabilities, or those recovering from illness or injury, your role will be critical in improving their quality of life. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help clients with mobility and transfer assistance.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Light housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaning.
• Monitor and record client health conditions, reporting any changes to the care team.
• Administer medications and reminders as directed.
• Accompany clients to appointments, run errands, and engage in social or recreational activities.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required – we are willing to train individuals who are new to caregiving.
• Compassionate, patient, and understanding nature.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and their families.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Must pass background checks and any required health screenings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred, but not required).
