COMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGER

The ideal candidates will have:

• 4+ years of Estimating / Project Management experience for General Contractors, preferably medical projects.
• Customer relationship skills for dealing with clients, suppliers, architects, internal departments, etc.
• Experience Estimating across All Divisions is strong plus
• Knowledge / understanding of the full construction project "life cycle" is helpful.
• A four-year university degree in Construction or Engineering is preferred (or equivalent Estimating experience).
