Creat ive Operations, Senior Associate (L2) - Specialty Retail Brands (SRBs)

About The Role

In this role, you will drive the Creative workflow for the Specialty Retail Brands (SRBs) Creative Team. You will build relationships and collaborate with a broad set of senior stakeholders such as Brand Managers, Content Managers, Marketing Channel owners, and Leadership. You will own major initiatives that drive efficiency in our process, challenge the way we work (for the better) and set us up to deliver exceptional experiences for our internal and external customers that are optimized, data-driven and reinforce our brand value propositions.

At a high level, your mandate is to maximize the return on investment of limited creative resources across a disparate group of business stakeholders with occasionally competing or conflicting objectives. You will oversee end-to-end creation of brand and content creative, working alongside your Creative and Marketing teams to develop workflows and processes that optimize output.

The Team

The Creative Operations team within the Wayfair Creative Group is responsible for driving operational excellence at every step of the creative process - from initial brief intake all the way to final asset delivery. Our team is made up of project managers, producers, quality assurance and automation experts, and analysts, and our mandate is to keep creative projects on-time, on budget and on brief, all while fostering an environment in which creative quality and innovation can flourish.

Wayfair’s in-house Creative Agency operates on monthly project planning following an Agile-lite methodology through an Airtable project management base.

What You’ll Do

• Strategically allocate creative resources to projects that support business and brand goals
• Manage multiple high-priority projects from kickoff through final delivery
• Create and maintain timelines, track progress, and share status updates
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows using data and cross-functional feedback
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and long-term planning for the Creative team
• Report on Creative KPIs to track performance and uncover areas for growth
• Partner with Creative and Marketing leads to streamline processes and ensure timely, on-brief execution
• Support a culture of learning through retrospectives and knowledge sharing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, production, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills across teams and levels
• Proven ability to collaborate, take initiative, and drive results
• A problem-solving mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Balanced understanding of both creative and business perspectives
• Excellent prioritization and decision-making skills when navigating multiple stakeholder needs
• A team-oriented attitude, with a proactive and forward-thinking approach

In office requirements: This is a hybrid role based out of our Boston office (4 days/week in office, 1 day/week remote)
