Overview: We’re looking for a highly organized and creative Production Lead to manage the end-to-end execution of photo and video shoots across multiple platforms. You’ll partner closely with creative and cross-functional teams to deliver compelling visual content that supports brand storytelling and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities: - Lead end to end production process for photo and video shoots, including pre-production planning, on-site execution, and post-production delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and other stakeholders to align on creative vision, production strategy, and execution plans.
- Develop and manage production documentation , including shot lists, location details, schedules, and logistics decks to ensure seamless execution.
- Drive project timelines and deliverables , ensuring all assets are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget.
- Coordinate logistics such as location scouting, crew scheduling, equipment rentals, and permits.
- Ensure high-quality visual storytelling that meets internal and external communication goals.
- Ability to go to onsite shoot locations around Minnesota, providing hands-on leadership and troubleshooting as needed.
Minimum Qualifications: - Proven experience in photo and video production, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities across creative and operational teams.
- Ability to travel to shoot locations within Minnesota.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Familiarity with creative tools and production software.
- Passion for visual storytelling and brand development.
