Searching for a lead medical assistant/clinical manager for Manhattan. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the office by managing clinical support, coordinating communication between staff and management, and maintaining compliance with office protocols. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail to ensure the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency. Serve as the primary point of contact between medical staff, office managers, and cross-location teams. Compensation range depends on experience level. 

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience in a dermatology clinic.
• Ability to manage a team of medical assistants, provide training, and ensure efficient office operations is critical.
• Understanding of common dermatology procedures.
• Clear communication with patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff.
• A strong grasp of dermatological medical terminology and insurance billing/coding (CPT/ICD-10).
• Ability to multitask, manage patient schedules, keep track of inventory, and oversee clinical operations while maintaining a high level of patient care.
