Job Description: We are seeking a caring and motivated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team and service clients in the Camden/Gloucester County areas. The DSP will provide assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily activities, ensuring their safety, promoting independence, and encouraging meaningful engagement within their communities. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with personal care, meal preparation, and daily living activities.
• Support individuals in participating in community activities and social engagements.
• Implement individualized care plans and behavioral support strategies.
• Document progress and report any concerns to supervisors.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Experience in care giving, social work, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Current CPR /First Aid Certification
• Valid Driver’s license (if applicable) to transport individuals
• Submit to drug testing initial, random, and for cause.
• Submit to all criminal background and registry checks and be determined to not be disqualified by the Department of Human Services prior to working with individuals served.
