How you will make an impact: 

As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and assistance to individuals in a group home setting, supporting activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. The role includes monitoring individuals for any changes in behavior or health, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and utilizing first aid skills when necessary. In this role, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals and social workers to ensure comprehensive care, while also assisting with transportation as needed. The right candidate will be compassionate, possess attention to detail, and have strong communication skills.

Schedule Varies:  

  • Full-Time Days: 1 position | 8am–4pm
  • Part-Time: 2 positions | Flexible hours between 7am–9pm
  • Casual/On-Call: 8 positions available
    • Overnight shifts:
      • 4pm–8am
      • 4pm–12am
      • 12am–8am
      • 8am–8am
  • Days (Casual): 2 positions | 7am–5pm
  • Weekends Only: 2 positions | 7am–9pm

What you will need: 

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and detailed records.
