Note : Travel: No travel is required. Schedule: Work Hours: Standard 40 hours per week on-site. Remote work is not available. Top 3 Keywords: 1- CAD / SolidWorks Design 2- Technical Drawing Management 3- Mechanical or Electrical Drafting (2-Year Technical Degree Required)

Top 3 Required Skills:

• Proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD software
• Strong problem-solving and design skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Must-Have Skills:

• SolidWorks or 3D CAD proficiency
• Microsoft Excel experience
• GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) knowledge
• Strong time management and organization
• Excellent communication (verbal and written)
• Teamwork and independent work capability
• Self-motivation and attention to detail

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with AutoCAD
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience with 3D printing or additive manufacturing
• Experience with SolidWorks PDM or similar vault systems
• Advanced computer skills

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage and maintain technical and plant drawings to ensure accuracy and accessibility
• Support operations, cost reduction, and process improvement projects
• Create and update detailed drawing packages for equipment and manufacturing needs
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations teams to design and develop equipment
• Provide technical drawing support to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
• Ensure all project documentation (drawings, parts lists, procedures, schedules) is complete and organized

Requirements:

• Associate's degree (2-year technical degree) in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering, CAD/CAM, or Manufacturing - or equivalent experience with a drafting certificate
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD software
• Strong problem-solving, design, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to quality and accuracy
