We’re hiring an Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to support live, in-person campaigns that promote awareness and funding for 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations across the Bay Area. Our team helps amplify the voices of leading charities through event marketing and community engagement , connecting meaningful causes with the people who care.
This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, early-career professionals, or career changers looking to gain experience in marketing, fundraising, or nonprofit outreach . No prior experience required – we provide paid training and hands-on mentorship.
Represent nonprofit partners at live events , retail pop-ups, and outreach campaigns
Share mission-driven messages and engage with the public face-to-face
Build authentic connections with potential donors and supporters
Set up and maintain branded displays and marketing materials
Track engagement metrics and support campaign reporting
Collaborate with the team to achieve campaign goals and improve outreach results
Attend training sessions, team meetings, and development workshops
Real-world experience in event marketing, fundraising, and public engagement
Practical skills in communication, donor relations , and campaign coordination
