**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** Join a global leader in air cargo logistics and become a key player in ground handling operations. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be an integral part of a team responsible for ensuring the smooth distribution and loading of cargo containers. **Responsibilities** + Sort, repack, and move cargo containers for distribution and loading. + Work collaboratively in a team environment. + Stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds. + Assemble and break down boxes for efficient handling. **Essential Skills** + Ability to lift 30-70 pounds. + Capability to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. + Proficient in English, with the ability to speak, read, and write. + High school diploma or equivalent. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + No prior experience required. + Familiarity with warehouse inventory and operations is a plus. + Must wear steel-toed boots that cover the ankle. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement plan, and paid time off. Candidates should be open to various shifts, mainly early mornings to late evenings. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required, and overtime opportunities are available. Compliance with TSA/Homeland Security and non-DOT drug screening is mandatory. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
