Job Description

We’re looking for an energetic, connected, and social individual to help book private parties, birthdays, and group events to our modern Mexican Cantina Lounge.

Responsibilities:
• Host or send weekly parties and group events
• Promote our lounge experience across your network, social media, and local circles
• Promote our DJ events on Fridays (Latin music) and Saturdays (house)
• Coordinate with our management team to plan bottle service, food & cocktail packages
• Optional to be present and host your events to ensure top-tier guest experience

Ideal Candidate:
• Already connected in NYC nightlife, hospitality, or event planning
• Confident, charismatic, and active on social media
• Organized and results-driven
• Previous experience as a promoter, event host, or hospitality ambassador a plus

Compensation:
• Competitive commission-based pay with bonuses for consistent performance
• Make extra money doing what you love 💃 Bring your friends, bring your crowd — we’ll handle the rest. Earn 15% on every group you bring🍸✨. You don’t need to host a big event — just bring the vibe! We welcome all party sizes — from 2 guests to 100.
