As part of our growing team, we are looking for reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join us as Event Staff, helping ensure smooth operations during company and client events.
Position Overview
Event Staff members play a key role in creating positive experiences for attendees by assisting with event logistics, setup, and customer support. This role requires professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with event setup and breakdown, including seating arrangements, registration areas, and equipment placement
* Greet and guide attendees, providing directions and answering questions
* Support event coordinators with logistics such as check-in, ticketing, and crowd flow management
* Monitor event spaces to ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization
* Provide general customer service to attendees and guests throughout the event
* Collaborate with team members to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
* Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
* Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
