Sodexo is looking for a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to oversee a significant culinary operation at a high-profile auto manufacturing account in Georgetown, KY . The Executive Chef 1 will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations, which include overseeing the café, catering services, and managing a substantial food volume of 3.5 million.

This is an exciting opportunity for a high-level culinary professional with strong front- and back-of-house skills, excellent financial acumen, and a passion for innovation. The selected candidate will oversee the main cafeteria , managing retail dining, catering services, and micro market operations .

Incentives

This position offers a traditional Business and Industry, predominantly Monday through Friday.  Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire).  Medical Benefits beginning date of hire, and 401K with company match eligible. 

What You'll Do

  • Hands on, lead daily food production, including planning, preparation, and quality control

  • High volume catering production
  • Ensure compliance with Sodexo Culinary Standards and recipes

  • Manage food costs, inventory, and vendor relationships

  • Develop creative, high-quality menus that meet client and customer expectations

  • Train, mentor, and supervise a team of 8 Sodexo employees

  • Oversee catering functions, special events, and multi-site food service support

  • Drive customer satisfaction and continuously elevate the dining experience

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
