Responsibilities:

• Construct and repair roofs using various materials (wood, asphalt, TPO, etc.).
• Ensure projects are completed on time.
• Inspect roofs, estimate costs, and provide repair solutions.
• Remove debris and prepare surfaces for new materials.
• Apply insulation, vapor barriers, and set up ventilation.
• Use hand tools and equipment safely.
• Follow safety protocols rigorously.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a roofer or similar construction role.
• Strong carpentry skills.
• Proficient with various hand tools and safety measures.
• Physical endurance and good balance.
• Ability to work at heights for long hours.
• Apprenticeship or relevant license is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
