**Facilities Maintenance** 6AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Thursday **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Maintenance professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and managing various projects and repairs. **Responsibilities** + Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, including janitorial tasks, maintenance, and repairs. + Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees. + Oversee ongoing building projects, including renovations, expansions, and infrastructure upgrades. + Demonstrate proficiency in fire compliance and hazardous waste management. + Complete annual emission reporting and handle worker's compensation claims. + Comfortably manage construction projects within a manufacturing environment, coordinating with contractors and vendors. + Troubleshoot and repair pumps and air compressors. **Essential Skills** + Facilities maintenance + Troubleshooting + Maintenance technician + Electrical + Mechanical + OSHA safety + EHS management + Workers compensation claims + Maintenance repair **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company that offers a full-time opportunity in a dynamic and supportive work environment. **Job Type & Location** This is based out of Chatsworth, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
