Job/Practice Description:
- Family Medicine Physician
- Location: Findlay, OH (40mins from Toledo)
- Outpatient clinic associated with a 150 bed, Level III Trauma Center
- 100% outpatient, no hospital call, light 1:3 practice call
- Flexible Schedule options! Option of extended morning or evening hours
- Schedule Options: (3x12's) (4x10's) or (5x8's)
- Week On/Week Off (7am-7pm Mon-Thurs, 7am-5pm Fri, 4hr Sat)
- 12-10hr Days/28-Day Block (Wed-Fri, 3 days on/2 off, Mon-Wed, 3 days on/6 off)
- Welcome residents, fellows and experienced physicians
- Busy, established practices and staff
- EMR: Cerner
- 24-hr in-house adult and pediatric hospitalist services
Profile Background:
- Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician
- Ability to hold an Ohio State License
