Job/Practice Description:

• Family Medicine Physician
• Location: Findlay, OH (40mins from Toledo)
• Outpatient clinic associated with a 150 bed, Level III Trauma Center
• 100% outpatient, no hospital call, light 1:3 practice call
• Flexible Schedule options! Option of extended morning or evening hours
• Schedule Options: (3x12's) (4x10's) or (5x8's)
• Week On/Week Off (7am-7pm Mon-Thurs, 7am-5pm Fri, 4hr Sat)
• 12-10hr Days/28-Day Block (Wed-Fri, 3 days on/2 off, Mon-Wed, 3 days on/6 off)
• Welcome residents, fellows and experienced physicians
• Busy, established practices and staff
• EMR: Cerner
• 24-hr in-house adult and pediatric hospitalist services

Profile Background:

• Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician
• Ability to hold an Ohio State License
