Fleet Maintenance Supervisor Santa Clara, CA | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 11 AM - 8 PM
Salary: $90,000 - $95,000 Annually + Bonus Eligibility

As a
Fleet Maintenance Supervisor , you'll lead a team of skilled mechanics and technicians to ensure our fleet is safe, compliant, and operating at peak performance. You'll play a key role in training, scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining high standards of service and safety.
Key Responsibilities - Champion and enforce our corporate safety program .
- Supervise, train, and support mechanics and PM technicians.
- Schedule and assign daily maintenance tasks and repairs.
- Oversee fleet compliance with DOT and other regulatory standards.
- Manage inventory control , parts procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate external repairs and test vehicles for quality assurance.
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting for the maintenance department.
- Ensure department operations remain within budget and aligned with company goals.
What You Bring - 3+ years of hands-on experience in truck, light, or heavy equipment maintenance (waste industry experience a plus).
- Strong knowledge of air brake, hydraulic, and electrical systems .
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
- Solid understanding of DOT compliance and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Willingness to relocate within 12 months .
