About the Role
UF Health Leesburg Hospital is seeking an experienced Generalist Shift Laboratory Supervisor to lead laboratory operations during the evening/night shift. This role is ideal for a hands‑on laboratory professional who enjoys leadership, autonomy, and making real‑time operational decisions.
As the off‑shift leader, you’ll oversee staff, manage shift schedules, ensure regulatory compliance, and work the bench as a Generalist when short staffed. You will play a critical role in supporting patient care and maintaining continuity of lab services during non‑traditional hours.
Schedule: Evening/Night | 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM | 4 x 10‑hour shifts
