Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market penetration targets.
Build and manage channel partnerships, distributors, and local market networks.
Conduct market research to uncover customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities.
Support customer technical discussions and collaborate with internal engineering teams to align solutions with market demands.
Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, International Trade, or related fields.
3 - 5 years of overseas sales experience in telecom hardware or network solutions (e.g., small cells, 4G/5G base stations, CPE devices).
Knowledge of major telecom ecosystem players (Huawei, Ericsson, ZTE) is a strong advantage.
Fluent English and readiness for international travel.
Strong cross-cultural communication and global business acumen.
