Job Description

Creative Director
United Community is in search of a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Marketing and Communications team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to produce visually compelling content that aligns with our brand and supports strategic business goals. What You’ll Do
Design a variety of marketing and communication materials including digital graphics, print collateral, social media assets, presentations, signage, and internal communications.
Translate creative direction and business needs into engaging visual concepts.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand standards and messaging.
Participate in brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and feedback loops.
Maintain consistency across all design outputs while adapting to project-specific needs.
Prepare final files for print and optimize assets for digital platforms.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Organize and maintain digital assets and templates.
Requirements For Success
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to accept and apply feedback constructively.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms. (Preferred)
Familiarity with print production and file setup best practices. (Preferred)
Experience using project management tools and Microsoft Teams. (Preferred)
Conditions Of Employment
Professional office environment with standard office equipment.
Sedentary physical requirements.
Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
Up to 5–10% travel expected.
