Licensed Practical Nurse – Home Care Nursing

Current Full- time, Part- time, or Casual Opportunities:

• Multiple patients within the Alexandria, Brainerd, Princeton, and St. Cloud communities with Day and Night shifts available.
• New referrals waiting to go home for the first time. Inquire about bonus opportunities for Trach/Vent Pediatric or Adult experience upon interview.

Qualifications of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Must have good standing Minnesota license (LPN).
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain prior to providing cares.

Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• One-to-one patient care in a home environment
• Execution of physicians prescribed plan of care and compliant documentation of care provided in system of record
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
• Patient assessments
• Coordination of care
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
