Job Description

We are looking for a driven and skilled Hotel Area Sales Director to lead sales efforts across multiple properties. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies, work to exceed revenue goals, and foster meaningful client relationships that align with our mission to raise the bar on relationships, reputation, and returns in hospitality. • Monitor account performance, adjusting strategies based on market trends and sales data.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and community partners to drive business growth.
• Represent our brand at industry events to expand business opportunities and brand visibility.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align sales initiatives with hotel operations and marketing.
• Lead the sales team in executing regional strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• This position requires up to 80 %+ travel

Qualifications:

• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• 3+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel 80 %+ of the time
