Hotel General Manager

Are you a high-caliber Hotel General Manager looking for a new challenge? We are currently looking for an experienced GM who can successfully run a Hotel and Convention Center in Butte, MT. You will be working with a flourishing team of proven hoteliers and a solid management company with a reputation for success.

We are looking for a well-qualified General Manager who can take this hotel to the next level of success. And what better place to take on this challenge than at a hotel in Montana?

General Manager Requirements:

• Must have 3+ years of experience as a branded hotel General Manager.
• Past Hotel Sales experience.
• The General Manager should always provide consistent support to the success of the operation.
• A minimum of five years’ of relevant experience of a comparable property is necessary for the General Manager.
• The General Manager must have a proven track record in the hotel industry, demonstrating achievement of outstanding profit and guest service related goals.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred for the General Manager.
• The General Manager must work flexible, including weekends and holidays.
