The Surf Lodge is seeking a hands-on, dynamic Hotel General Manager to oversee all aspects of operations at our 21-key seasonal hotel in Montauk, NY. This is a rare opportunity to lead a boutique property with global recognition — where luxury hospitality meets laid-back coastal living.
You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing seasonal staff, and driving operational efficiency.
