POSITION SUMMARY
This is a Human Resources role with heavy transactional responsibility* reporting to the Director of Human Resources to drive the day-to-day HR transactional tasks.
The HR Admin will be an integral part of the organization responsible for, but not limited to, bi-weekly payroll administration, benefit enrollment, supporting recruitment of new employees, maintaining HR documents and files, and other HR administrative projects and responsibilities as assigned.
POSITION OBJECTIVES
Ensure the proper administration of Human Resources responsibilities is taking place on a day-to-day basis. A ct as the first point of call to employees and external vendors for all HR related inquiries. As a priority, handle the majority of employee documentation, including audits, recruitment paperwork, benefit enrollment, and new employee on-boarding documents.

· Our ideal candidate will have an Associates degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred, having familiarity with employment laws and regulations. Bachelors degree highly preferred.
