About the Role
MagnaCare is seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Generalist to lead HR support for our Las Vegas-based employees while contributing to broader HR initiatives across our organization. If you're passionate about employee experience, skilled in labor relations, and looking to grow with a dynamic and mission-driven team, we want to hear from you.As the primary HR partner for our Las Vegas location, you’ll lead local HR operations and serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers. You’ll also collaborate with HR colleagues and business leaders across other sites to support cross-functional initiatives in employee relations, recruitment, and compliance.
