Job Summary
Minuteman Heating and Air is hiring experienced residential HVAC Installers . If you take great pride in great work and educating customers , we offer excellent pay, training programs for career growth, flexibility ,and a team oriented, family environment.
Job Duties
Wears floor savers in clients home and maintains a clean work area while performing a repair or scheduled service .
ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates callbacks after the job is finished
explains services performed to the client before and after to ensure client satisfaction with all work.
Conveys a safety-conscious attitude ,both on the job and while driving
Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles

Requirements
3- 5 years of residential replacement and Installation
pass drug test
pass background check
clean driving record
Compensation- 75,000-100,000 a year hrl plus commision
Compensation: $20.00 per week
