Immigration Attorney

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Immigration Attorney to join our Chicago-based law firm. In this role, you'll play a vital part in helping individuals, families, and professionals navigate the complex landscape of U.S. immigration law.

You'll be responsible for advising clients, preparing and filing visa applications, and representing them in immigration hearings and removal proceedings. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal counsel on immigration matters.
  • Prepare and file visa applications, petitions, and supporting documentation.
  • Represent clients in immigration court hearings and removal proceedings.
  • Conduct detailed legal research and draft persuasive legal arguments.
  • Maintain consistent client communication and case updates.

Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Immigration Law and related procedures.
  • Proficiency in humanitarian, removal, and waiver applications .
  • Exceptional client service and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active State Bar membership in good standing.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in immigration law preferred.
  • Spanish-speaking ability strongly preferred.
