Job Description

Main Purpose of Job The general purpose of this position is to dispatch, monitor alarms and handle system issues. Key Activities & Responsibilities Monitor alarm and alerts received via the various platforms Monitor and manage dispatches assigned to various response team via the Now Force App Process incoming alarm signals with accuracy and verify authenticity Recognize and differentiate signals by alarm code Contacting and dispatching security forces or other designated response services, security officer, liaison, contact person if contact cannot be made with client Escalate issues to relevant persons as directed by operating procedures Follow up on dispatched alarms to ensure resolution in a timely manner and inform the client of the team's findings Coordinating assistance for the client in the event of an emergency. Review client information, alarm history, zone information Operates the Central Station two-way radios, phones and software using the appropriate guidelines Making periodic calls to customers to test panic button Recording and reporting incidents, maintenance and customer issues for immediate action Check all work tools at the start of each shift to confirm operational status Troubleshoot system technical issues reported or found Audit response team tracking device to ensure they are working Conduct welcome calls for new clients and update the client spreadsheet Create Geo Fence for all new locations Verify ATM disarming Carry out any other assigned task with priority given to iProtect related matters Qualification & Experience Degree in IT or computer related field of study Customer Service Computer efficient Microsoft Word, Excel and the ability to enter data efficiently and accurately Knowledge & Skills Required Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing High attention to detail Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software Organized, logical and willing to adapt in a fast-paced environment Strong Team player Extremely Detail Oriented and Organized Strong Time Management Skills Strong Interpersonal Skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Application Deadline Friday, October 3, 2025 We appreciate all applications of interest; however, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
