As a Junior Fundraising Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our campaigns:
Represent trusted, high-impact nonprofit organizations at live fundraising events and outreach campaigns
Initiate meaningful conversations, share powerful stories , and inspire new donors to support important causes
Keep accurate records of donor interactions and contributions
Assist with event logistics , setup, and onsite coordination
Work closely with your team to exceed fundraising goals and campaign targets
Attend regular training sessions and receive in-field coaching to strengthen your communication and outreach skills
Serve as a compassionate advocate for causes that change lives
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
A confident, clear communicator who enjoys engaging with people
Passionate about nonprofits, community work , or social impact
Friendly, approachable, and professional in public settings
A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Open to learning and eager to develop your skills
Flexible with work hours, including some evenings and weekends
At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
