Role Description

This role involves supporting senior team members in evaluating fundraising opportunities, analyzing financial models, conducting market research, and preparing investor materials. This part-time role (10–20 hours per week) is ideal for individuals who want to gain exposure to both finance and the fast-growing AI sector.

• Conduct financial and market research on AI, technology, and adjacent industries.
• Build and maintain financial models to support investment decisions and fundraising strategies.
• Draft pitch decks, investor memos, and other fundraising collateral.
• Assist in due diligence processes for prospective investment partners.
• Track industry trends, competitor benchmarks, and valuation analyses.
• Support the investment team with ad-hoc analysis and special projects.

Qualifications

• Background in finance, economics, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing).
• 0–2 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with the AI/technology sector is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
