LEGAL RECEPTIONIST

Brattleboro law firm is seeking a_ legal
receptionist to join our busy elder law
practice. The ideal candidate will have strong
organizational skills and the ability to manage
multiple tasks simultaneously. The candidate
must have excellent communication skills,
both verbal and written, with a professional
demeanor.

Responsibilities include greeting people and
ensuring a positive first impression of the firm.
The legal receptionist will receive incoming calls,
take information from new and returning clients,

schedule appointments, handle confidential
client files, including copying and filing, ensure
the office is tidy and ready for meetings and
work with other staff and attorneys as needed.

This is a full-time in-person position. Work hours
are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm with
one hour lunch. Salary is $36,000 - $39,000, plus
benefits including health insurance, 401(k), profit
sharing and paid time off as described in office
employment manual. More details available at

legal environment is strongly preferred but not
