We’re currently seeking a  Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)to join our team as a 1099 Independent Contractor, providing meaningful, one-on-one in-home nursing care.

🩺  Your Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care in clients’ homes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and report changes in patient conditions
• Educate clients and families on health management
• Ensure a safe and comfortable home environment

✅  Requirements

• Active LPN license in good standing
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Experience in home health, hospice, or similar settings (preferred)
