Job Description

MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF LOADING/UNLOADING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Connect Staffing, Inc. is seeking warehouse loaders to fill openings at a large freezer warehouse located in Jurupa Valley, CA.

2nd Shift: Monday to Friday 2:00pm to 10:30pm

Requirements for the loaders:

Lumping/Palletizing, Shrink wrap, Restacking pallets
Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Responsibilities for lumpers:

Managing and maintaining warehouse functions
Unloading incoming shipments from shipping trucks
Logging inventory
Lifting, bending, squatting, climbing and turning to cover the containers with product
General warehouse maintenance
Load and unload materials on and off pallets, skids, or lifting device
