As a Transportation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing a world-class logistics strategy and design, ensuring that freight is delivered swiftly, accurately, and cost-effectively. Your responsibilities will include high-level strategy development and implementation, with a strong focus on problem-solving, mathematics, communication, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
+ Identify and resolve performance score discrepancies for the Transportation Services network carrier base.
+ Partner with various teams to drive process improvements, enhance service quality, and boost carrier performance and growth.
+ Collaborate on the development and delivery of key programs, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to support business decisions across customer-facing programs.
+ Extract and analyze data from numerous databases using tools such as Excel, QuickSight, Hubble, SQL, and other data management systems.
Essential Skills
+ 1-3 years of experience in account management, transportation, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
+ Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level, including pivot tables, charts, and data cleansing.
+ Strong written communication skills.
+ Problem-solving abilities.
+ Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
+ Experience managing large data sets to drive performance and process improvements.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ 1+ years of experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, or transportation.
+ 1+ years of management experience.
+ Bachelor's degree (preferred).
+ Experience demonstrating ownership, delivering results, and a bias for action.
Work Environment
This role requires working 100% onsite with a shift schedule from Wednesday- Saturday (4x10 schedule). The environment offers opportunities to learn and grow within the transportation teams, providing a great entry-level corporate role.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
