  • Oversee music direction, PA announcing, vendors, security, emcee engagement, all entertainment, anthem performers, and video board content to create a vibrant, branded atmosphere.
  • Serve as the central liaison between game operations, marketing, broadcast, production, and third-party vendors to ensure flawless execution.

Club Events & Community Activation

  • Plan and manage club-hosted events such as watch parties, fanfests, season ticket member functions, sponsor activations, and youth/family/community engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee FC Tulsa Sportsplex events in collaboration with community partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and on-site logistics to deliver premium experiences aligned with brand standards.

Team Leadership & Intern Program

  • Recruit, train, and manage seasonal event staff, promotional teams, and vendors.
  • Direct the club’s cross-departmental internship program, ensuring effective onboarding, scheduling, mentorship, and professional development for all interns.
  • Maintain strong collaborative relationships across departments including Ticketing, Partnerships, Operations, Marketing, and Community Engagement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in event production, live entertainment, or sports presentation.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, high-pressure events with precision and creativity.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple complex initiatives with attention to detail.
  • A passion for fan experience, culture, and storytelling through live moments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and represent the club externally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and project management platforms preferred.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the match and event calendar.
