We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Manager of Product Development to lead development initiatives across our provider and patient platforms. This role will drive product vision and execution for both front-end UX (MAUI) and back-end services (.NET), ensuring seamless integration, reliability, and user-centric design. You will lead and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, architecture, and clinical teams to deliver impactful solutions that improve healthcare workflows.
The Manager, Product Development is responsible for shepherding a product through the software development process. This involves proactively identifying and resolving issues as well as improvement opportunities. This role will lead product development teams and establish and implement best practices and standards related to engineering processes through all phases of the software development life cycle, while providing strategic leadership to product development teams
