Office Administrator / Administrative Studio Coordinator

Albany, NY

 

Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a proactive and versatile Office Administrator / Administrative Studio Coordinator to support our client’s team and company principal with a wide range of day-to-day tasks. This is a dynamic role with responsibilities that span administrative support, client service, light design assistance, and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, upbeat, and enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.

 

This is a full-time, in-person role based in Albany, NY. Our client offers a supportive, design-driven environment with opportunities to grow and contribute meaningfully to our projects and client relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to the company principal, helping manage a variety of tasks and projects
  • Prepare small quotes and basic presentation materials for clients
  • Order memo swatches and manage vendor sample requests
  • Greet and assist walk-in clients in selecting furniture and finishes
  • Accompany the team on field measurements at client sites
  • Liaise with clients and colleagues, maintaining a helpful, positive, and professional demeanor
  • Assist in maintaining the showroom’s appearance and product displays

 

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an administrative, assistant, customer-facing, or support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
  • Valid driver's license preferred (occasional travel to local client sites)

Salary Range

$45,000-$55,000 – based on candidate experience and prior qualifications
