Outreach Call Center Location Remote in Florida :

For over a decade, our client's organization has been steadfast in its commitment to closing gaps in healthcare. Their mission is to continually advance accuracy, efficiency, and expertise to achieve the best possible outcomes for their clients and members.

The Outreach Coordinator plays a vital role in contacting provider offices, hospitals, and healthcare facilities to schedule medical record retrieval appointments. Achieving daily productivity goals, the coordinator ensures a minimum of 60 inbound/outbound calls per day, documenting interactions, and maintaining high-quality standards. Establishing rapport with the provider network is essential for success in this role.

Pay: $16/hr

Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5:00pm EST

Status: Temp to hire

Location: US Remote

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Contact and schedule provider offices using various retrieval methods.
  • Coordinate with field retrieval technicians to ensure timely completion of appointments.
  • Exchange assignment information with onshore and offshore team members.
  • Answer provider inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Support inbound calls and handle correspondence internally and externally.
  • Maintain high productivity levels to meet project deadlines.
  • Resolve problems, implement solutions, and escalate unresolved complaints.
  • Adhere to project protocols and maintain high-quality results.
  • Perform additional assignments as required.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Minimum HS Diploma/Associate's/Bachelor's/Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong customer service and office/administrative experience.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and confidentiality regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and intermediate Excel skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
  • Prolonged sitting, occasional bending, stooping, and stretching.
  • Normal hearing and eyesight for reading and communication.

Working Conditions:

  • Normal office environment with occasional weekend and evening work.

Training / Certification Requirements:

  • Company compliance program modules.
  • Company safety regulations.
