Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Job Type: Part-Time afternoon/evenings

Job Summary: As a Parking Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for managing the parking lot, assisting customers with parking, and ensuring a safe and orderly environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers as they enter and exit the parking lot.
• Direct vehicles to available parking spaces and manage the flow of traffic within the lot.
• Monitor the parking area to ensure the safety and security of vehicles and customers.
• Provide information and directions to customers as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the parking lot, including picking up litter and reporting any hazards.
• Operate payment systems, issue parking tickets.
• Handle cash transactions as required and end of shift transaction handoff with manager.
• Report any issues or incidents to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
